As a lifelong learner and teacher, my
desire to enhance the possibilities and
outreach of teachers began five years
ago. My approach in every
professional development is based on
the necessities of the teachers, the
population of students taught, and the
data that drives their instruction. My
goal is to provide professional
development which will impact
teachers by providing them with tools
to become more effective in their
classrooms.
As teachers grow, students grow. An
inspired, motivated teacher will foster
