- Created a network notification system for operations staff using Visual Basic for applications that
allowed platform operators to send multiple problem status emails by selecting relevant options via
drop down boxes to keep customers, support staff, and managers informed.

- Designed and created a new GUI based CRT system using JavaScript within an HTML environment to
