book purchases.
- Analyzed, designed, developed, debugged and tested application programs/software that supported
existing or new business system applications.
- Created a network notification system for operations staff using Visual Basic for applications that
allowed platform operators to send multiple problem status emails by selecting relevant options via
drop down boxes to keep customers, support staff, and managers informed.
- Programmed a gift card processing application supporting a database of over 50 million gift cards.
- Designed and created a new GUI based CRT system using JavaScript within an HTML environment to

applications with accessed data from Enscribe files.
- Converted SCOBOL screens for current customers to Visual Basic 3.0 and Visual Basic 6.0 screens as
customers were migrated to a PC-To-Tandem client/server environment.
- Conducted in-house training for new customer employees. Performed final pre-installation beta testing
and installed product software upon the client's local system. Assisted in performance testing of
application modules, migrated into production, and ensured problem free rollout on site at customer
location.
