KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
TRAINING

at hand immediately upon deployment.

• Devised an alternate means of communication upon discovery of an antenna
erected to close to a high voltage power line.

Tactical Satellite System Operator (2013-Present)
Responsible for making sure that the lines of communication are up and running.
Setup and maintain the satellite communications for 1 Canadian Mechanized
Brigade Group while in training and deployed.
Crypto Custodian (2011-2013)
Responsible and accountable for sensitive material on account, controlled
dissemination to authorized individuals on job requirements and a need-to-know
basis.
Add On Armor Removal Specialist (2011)
Responsible for the removal of armor on vehicles in Afghanistan to be shipped back
to Canada, other duties included operating a Forklift, Zoom boom and a Skid Steer.
Squadron Signaler (2009-2010)
Responsible for ensuring all sub units had the ability to communicate with each
other on patrol in Kandahar Province Afghanistan, duties included; trouble shooting
of communications equipment and to provide training on equipment.
Storesman (2008-2009)
Responsible for controlling the movement of communications equipment within the
unit.
Detachment Member (2007-2008)
Maintained, serviced, and operated radios/satellite communications equipment for
the Head Quarters element in the unit.
