1. Well am trying to do an activity that helps people who have experience loss of a friend, family member, and etc. when I mean help is by helping them not feel anger, denial, depression, remorse and etc. and harm themselves in any way.<br />This is an important topic for me because I had a friend that went through a loss of an important member of her family it was her mom and since that happen she got depressed she had anger towards herself and even blamed herself because of what happen but I just wanted to help her so I stayed beside her and talked to her and listen to all she had to say about what she felt inside and didn’t want no one else to know.<br />My activity of making a card to those who have lost a close member of a family or friend is to help the person with their health and wellness by making them feel better, happier, and make them understand that it wasn’t her or he’s fault of the loss and even try to make them understand that the person who died is in a better place now and he or she will love for you to move on and be happy and live life.<br />In my activity it will include a color paper or any piece of paper, color pencils/markers, and the student will decorate the card as they wish ad refer it to a person they know who has went through a loss.<br />Loss is a part of life even though it is always very difficult and painful. There are many kinds of losses like the death of a pet, family member, friend, rejection, breakup of a relationship; there are even different types of grieving process like denial, emotional releases, anger, depression, remorse and much more. People who have gone through a loss have difficulties coping with death sometimes they back away from people that care for them or want to help them but that’s why someone that they trust can talk to them and make them feel better over time.<br />I choose to do it about this topic because I think people always feel bad and sad after a loss and they might want someone protecting or caring for them even by listening to them will help them a lot and I will want to be one of them people who can help a person in a hard, difficult situation.<br />Well what I plan to do in the summer to keep me and my baby girl healthy is by eating a healthy nutritious breakfast; drink water so we don’t get dehydrated , eat fruits and vegetables, and etc. but having a healthy life doesn’t only mean that we have to eat healthy and forget about the rest. We still got to worry about exercise, check- ups to the doctor and much more. So not only are we going to eat healthy but also spend at least 30 min or more outside, do something physically active, express our emotions appropriately and just have fun while being healthy.<br />
