Managed forecasting project to implement technology that enabled users to estimate
labor required on project at each workstation, resulting in accuracy within 7% for up
to 7M documents in 50 test programs per year.
Developed metrics visibility to volume processed by product and by contract,
turnaround times, quality metrics, labor / volume rates, and error rates, gathering
year-to-year comparative data that improved forecasting accuracy.
Merged mainframe-based order management system with PC-based system,
expediting workflow. Reduced order turnaround up to 62%, and improved on-time
reporting to customers from 31% to 100%.
Negotiated with sub-contractors, wrote and edited proposal texts, winning more than
$100M proposals in single year.
