: Errors Omissions Liability
Errors Omissions protects the investment manager and/or investment advisor to the fund,
as well as its past, present, and future directors, officers, partners, members, and employees.
This type of policy covers any actual or alleged error, misstatement, misleading statement, act,
omission, neglect, or breach of duty by an involved party. Typical claims under this coverage
section include allegations of mismanagement of fund assets and negligence in managing the fund.

2. : Directors Officers Liability
All organizations, whether they are publicly traded or privately held, face the threat of civil
and criminal litigation against their management teams. We customize solutions to protect
individual directors and officers from actual or alleged error, mismanagement, or breach
of duty.
: General Partners Liability
This policy provides protection to the corporate general partner or managing member to the
funds structured as limited partnerships or limited liability companies from any actual or
alleged error, misstatement, misleading statement, act, omission, neglect, or breach of duty.
: Organization Liability Coverage for the Fund
This coverage protects the direct liabilities of the funds, as well as the funds’ indemnification
obligation to the general partner, managing member, directors, officers, and the investment
manager. As funds typically have an obligation to protect the general partner and/or
managing member, and directors and officers, this coverage would pay its obligations as well
as address the liability of the fund itself if it is named in the claim.
: Portfolio Company Outside Directorship Liability
Outside Directorship Liability coverage protects a director, officer, general partner, manager,
or equivalent executive of an insured organization while they sit on the board of a portfolio
company. This type of policy does not provide coverage to the portfolio company or any of the
other directors or officers.
: Financial Institution / Fidelity Bond
Whether the goal is to implement a risk management plan for employee related losses, meet
regulatory requirements, or satisfy client contract specifications, we understand the

: Employment Practices Liability

craft expansive coverage for defense costs and damages related to various employment
