Oversee the Gesu Development Department, which must raise over $3.5m annually. Areas of responsibility include:
• Fundraising: Manage the Gesu Scholarship Program, which provides nearly all of its 450 disadvantaged
students from its North Philadelphia neighborhood with full or partial scholarships. Secure gifts via
individuals, corporations, foundations, and state tax credit programs.
• IT: Administer the school’s constitute database/CRM. Upgrade/replace technology as needed.
• Finance: Manage the gift processing and reporting function of the Development Department, including goal-
setting and reconciliation with the Finance Department. In partnership with the President and Director of
Finance, prepare the school’s annual operating budget.
