Effectively managed reservations and assisted with guest check in and
support services along with establishing client relationships, which
helped in building good rapport with returning visitors.
Collaborated with the owner Port Gamble's event planner to support

Journey's - Silverdale, WA
Efficiently managed the operation of one the new trend setting shoe stores in
the United States. This was accomplished being part of a strong management
team that developed strong relations with the community and with staff.
Accomplishments:
Promoted to Assistant Manager after 1 month employment as a sales
associate. Within 10 months of establishing credibility, thorough
knowledge of the company policies and capability of managing staff, I
opened the first Journey's at the Kitsap Mall in Silverdale, WA.
Supervised a staff of 15 employees with a wide range of backgrounds and
experience. I managed all human resource activities including hiring,
training, scheduling, payroll, evaluations and promotions.
Consistently practiced positive reinforcement with staff and associates
while continuously striving to discover creative ways to reward
employees for outstanding performance, as well as effectively
communicating company expectation to staff.
