3. How do you deal with the dangers
of volatility?
 Every person looking to retire must think of the
basics and how to plan. These include:
 Optimizing Social Security
 Tax strategies for retirement
 Creating a income strain
 Think about marginal tax distribution
 Focus on the planning first instead of
investments

4. How do you deal with people’s fear
and greed?
 Since 2008, the fear is more prevalent
 People are now more aware of the risk
 My job is to help people sleep better at night
without them having to worry about running
out of money

5. If I come to you as a client with
worry, what do you tell me?
 We sit down and do the planning.
 It’s not a one-size-fits-all.
 We look at mortgages, inflation, taxes, etc.
 Then work backwards and invest your money
with a small amount of risk.

6. What is your investment
philosophy?
 I’m bullish in the overall US economy and
market.
 You still have to be cautious.
 Pray for peace but prepare for war
 Make as much as you need but take the least
risk possible.
 Get people to remove the fear and greed.

7. People tend to think that what happens now will
continue. How do you deal with that?
 It all comes down to planning.
 Take the least risk possible.
 Have protection on your money.
 Create an income stream that will be steady.
 Plan for the best after tax return.

8. Do a lot of people misunderstand
social security?
 Nobody understands social security!
 The average couple has 1379 options.
 It’s impossible to do without experience.
 If I wasn’t in this business I wouldn’t manage
my own money!
 The difference in optimizing can be up to
$300,000.

9. Is there a difference between a retirement
advisor and financial advisor?
 There’s a huge difference!
 I get to focus on retirement so I can bring
expertise to a complex situation.
 There are very few qualified retirement
advisors out there.
 10,000 baby boomers get to the retiring age
every day
 They need someone who has experience.
