Art Culinaire HR Manager – GBH Social Media Director
AC – HR:
 Training and Development: Develop training programs for new employees for each
department. Organize and execute advanced training and further job development
and evolution for current/long standing employees. Create teambuilding
opportunities for the company as a whole as well as individual departments. Field
questions or requests for further training and specified job descriptions or
development/movement.
 Employee Relations: Main point of contact for inter-employee disputes or issues.
Presentation of new programs and opportunities to employees as well as answering
questions and taking suggestions for needed support. Responsible for conducting
employee evaluations on an annual basis. Serve as mediator between groups and
individuals to maintain a respectful and equal work environment.
 Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for posting job openings and receiving
applications. Determine best possible candidate by working with department heads
before moving on to the interview and hiring process.
 File Organization: Maintain employee records; handle filing of hiring/releasing
document storage as well as any other employee request or disciplinary records.
Witness and record conversations for the protection of the company and its staff.
Make sure every employee receives and understands an updated employee
handbook.
 Financial: Help financial officer with annual health insurance renewal, building a
new 401K plan, and implementing employee wellness program along with any other
miscellaneous needs.
GBH – SMD:
 Outlets: Oversee all major social media outlets being used including but not limited
to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube. Responsible for
keeping a schedule with timely content releases for each outlet as well as creating
that content. Responsible for the creation and development of the company image
on those outlets. Maintain clear and consistent message across all platforms.
 Newsletter: Create and send out newsletters when new content or activity is
available to keep our supporters up to date and informed on the happenings and
vision of GBH and its affiliates.
 Inter-Organizational Promotion: Help promote and partner with outside
organizations for mutually beneficial content to help co-support our foundational
directions.
 Event Coverage: responsible for documenting events and creating material needed
for the event or promotion of the event.
