I am from Atlanta, Georgia and reside in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Whether in Aruba, Curacao, Atlanta, or Fort Lauderdale, I have met many friendly people. Our learning environment will be as diverse, welcoming, friendly, and ADVENTUROUS.

I also hold Georgia teacher certifications in language arts, reading, social studies, teacher support, and leadership.

I have taught all grade levels and each year I am reminded why I have committed the last 17 years of my life to education.
  5. 5. TheTraveler in Me When I am not teaching and working to become a better teacher, I am becoming a better learner. My husband and I have adopted the motto: “ExpandYour Mind – TRAVEL!"We commit to one vacation per month with the Caribbean being one of our favorite destinations. We love to meet new people from various cultures and to learn the history of places all over the world. We also contribute our time and funds to various organizations.
