In order to make this future vision reality, Cinionic is looking for a:
Service Innovation Manager

As a Service Innovation Manager, you lead the transformation of Cinionic from a product-oriented to
a service-oriented organization. You prepare the roadmap and act as a project manager in
implementing the intermediate steps worldwide. You work closely with Sales, Marketing and
Operations and act as a bridge between those departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You translate the Service Strategy into a service innovation roadmap and implementation steps.
You discuss this roadmap with several internal and external stakeholders and lead and act on the
implementation steps
You unfold a strategic plan of service partner networks, based on the analysis of the market and
thorough knowledge of their customers. You set up, negotiate and manage the SLA’s related to
these third-party relationships (maintenance and proactive maintenance, repair, product
updates, product innovation, etc.). You implement the digital tools and build up a network
around Cinionic in order to implement these steps
You prepare a business case of commercial opportunities that add value to their customers and
take initiatives to realize them. In addition, you create awareness about Cinionic’s value
proposition and brand through the services offered.
You act as a project manager and follow up on budget, deadlines, risks, KPI’s,…
You steer and guide the entire process from product/service idea to result, working closely with
a broad network of internal and external stakeholders. You take responsibility for realizing the
preset objectives.
As a Change Agent, you convince your stakeholders in supporting this change and embracing
innovation.
Depending on the phase of the strategic plan, you report to the CMO or the COO.
PROFILE
You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
You hold a Master degree, or equal by experience.
You have experience in working in an international organization that made the transformation
from a product oriented to a service-oriented approach, preferably within B2C

You are familiar with following concepts: connected assets, remote monitoring, customer journey,
product as a service, service partner programs, …
Innovation and customer intimacy is where your heart is. You like translating strategy into
roadmap and you are hands-on when it comes to implementation.
You are a true entrepreneur, you are key in the growth of Cinionic by deepening the relationship
with the end-user through offering more services, information, brand recognition, etc.
You are an experienced project manager, structured in your way of working and able to present
the progress of your project to the management committee.
You are able to manage multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
You have an analytical mindset and can easily think in terms of business models
You are flexible to travel worldwide (20%).
Your workplace is flexible, depending on your home address.
You are fluent in English.
