1. - Katie was a huge asset to the team with her clear and organized mind. Sometimes focused a
little too much detail i but details that led to a very good output in the end. :-) Epoq is a great
idea with a very good value, sometimes it felt a little like it was your 'baby' and felt wrong to
make changes to it. Great but sometimes a lot of communication which did not make it easy to
follow all the time. Warm and very Helpful which made for a very good environment. Huge
pleasure working with you! Thank you.
- Very good input throughout and, key to setting our deadlines and ensuring everyone was on
schedule. She also came up with the concept to Epoq.
- Katie is a great organiser, and is good for giving us gentle reminders of project deadlines and
leadership stream work. This kept the group on track and also meant that we didn't neglect
any post-class activities when work got busier. Katie has created a set weekly schedule for her
Squared work, and by communicating it with us she has made it very easy to coordinate
working with her. I have personally found Katie great to work with as she is very friendly and
open, and talking to her about arts marketing has given me new confidence at the start of my
own career.
- Katie was the good spirit of our group! She provided leadership in gently manners, she was
very motivated, coming with a lot of good ideas. We have developed her idea for the project as
she is very enthusiastic and hard-working in the same time.
She listened to the team members opinions and took other's views on board to achieve goals.
Katie completed all assigned tasks within deadline and to the highest quality.
- Katie was always on time, and became the organiser of the group. It fitted in very well with the
rest of us!
