Assisting clients of the company with technical issues while creating tickets using ConnectWise. Other
responsibilities have led to experience with other software such as N-Central and Remote Desktop
Protocol sessions. I have set up new workstations and printers, linking them to the appropriate
domains and installing the requested software. Experience with adding new users to the Active
Directory, assigning permissions and adding them to the proper groups.

Learned to adapt and further enhance management skills, this position presented leadership
opportunities in logging temperatures and giving assignments to coworkers in case of the supervisor’s
absence. Other responsibilities included assisting cooks in food handling preparation four times a
week for thousands of university students.

This position stressed money and time management skills along with various other responsibilities
that comprised of opening and or closing the store and working multiple shifts without a supervisor.

over the phone.
