1. 2022 Short report
Humanitarian projects
More than 300,000 dollars were collected in the
Volunteer Work Vector for the initiatives of the "Kvytna"
(Women's Health) Foundation, the Humanitarian
Headquarters in Kryvyi Rih, the Initiative of Rabbi Liron
Eder and the Association of Jewish Communities, the
Fund for the Assistance of the TRO of Kyiv, and
separate initiatives of volunteers to deliver food to
Kherson region. Assistance to the "KindDeeds"
organization for military prosthetics, as well as work on
finding patients for children's prosthetics in New York).
Personal and partner vehicles and workplaces for
volunteers are provided.
A number of activities were covered in the media, and charity gatherings and actions
were held in Britain with the involvement of politicians and public activists of the
Conservative Party.
The "Dialogue of the Peace Council" platform was created - a platform for unifying
volunteers, initiatives and resources. And also, the "Ukrainian Humanitarian
Headquarters" project.
2. Advocacy
Active vector work with partners from the
USA and Ukraine was conducted around
legislative initiatives to help Ukraine (all the
most important 7 initiatives in the USA)
and a number of them in Britain, such work
with parliamentarians was conducted in
the format of a constructive dialogue. This
allowed:
- deeply understand legislative initiatives
and issues
- form analytical papers for Congress
- convey the necessary information about
the internal situation and needless
- establish long-term contacts with British
Parliamentarians, Members of the US House of
Representatives and the US Senate, the US State
Department, the Diaspora in the US, US non-profit
organizations, representatives of think tanks and the
media.

The main topics of our experts on the meetings were:
- the situation in the Kherson region (political, management, humanitarian)
- bills (all options) Russia is a sponsor of terrorism
- courts from the Ukrainian victims in the USA (method of direct compensation)
3. As part of the lawsuits work, the situation
looks like this:
- If the US parliament votes on the law
"Russian state sponsor of terrorism - the
financing of legal entities begins.
Proceedings by litigation funds (funds
that invest in legal proceedings for a
percentage of recovery) - we go to these
courts from the Ukrainian business
(which has ties to the USA).
- If the US Parliament does not vote, we
collect cases, where business can be tried on the basis of economic crimes or trials of
Russian oligarchs (Rico).
The topic has good media coverage, allows you to communicate with journalists, large
businesses, and associations.
Main results:
- 8 meetings in Great Britain
- more than 30 meetings in the USA with Congress Representatives (the office of
Pelosi, Dines, Staprts, Bergman, Li, Blumenthal, Clark, Mfume, Raskin, Tron, Cardin,
Holler, Walberg, and others)
- 2 conferences in Ukraine
- 3 conferences in the USA (including the National Press Club)
- more than 100 conversations with interested parties and analytical centers)
- Wrote 5 analytical notes and materials at request
- 4 meetings were held, and analysis was provided to analytical centers (Hudson,
Atlantic Council, Bipartisan Center, CSIS). Sent analytics to 120 centers and all
contacts of members of Congress, USAID.
4. Working on strategy of compensation for Ukrainian victims with US and Ukrainian
lawyers.
