Kasuria is a crypto startup from Munich, Germany. Our firm belief is that
Decentralized Finance (DeFi) is going to play a major role in financial
markets within the next years. We are targeting professional investors,
institutions and data-driven enthusiasts and are supporting them with
intelligence and high-quality data to select, compare and follow up on
the best investment opportunities. We are expanding our team and are
looking for support in the area of research and investment analytics.
 Analyze DeFi smart contracts in different Blockchain ecosystems in
detail from an economic perspective as well as on a technical level
 Investigate and assess the structure and compatibility of different DeFi
protocols (starting with Ethereum, later multi-chain)
 Collect data points from smart contracts to substantiate investment
simulations for cashflow generation
 Detect patterns and structures in smart contracts across distinct
blockchain ecosystems
 Discover underrated and emerging DeFi protocols to be leveraged for
novel investment strategies for our clients
 Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in quantitative subject, e.g.
math/physics/statistics/computer science or similar
 Data-driven mindset with a clear focus on comprehensive under-
standing of the value-generating mechanics, still output-orientated
 Ability to read & understand smart contracts functions and features
 Good understanding of financial analysis and investment strategies of
professional investment managers
 Initial work experience preferable, e.g. in an investment bank, tech
company or crypto firm
 Programming and/or data science skills essential
 Strong numerical skills and excellent research & writing abilities helpful
