A Flower Shop
                               Before I enter the store:
                               The store draws me in with its
                               colorful flowers. Though it is small,
                               the beauty and fragrance
                               impresses me.

                               Environment:
                              The Shop is filled with beautiful
combination of colors and the smell of fresh flowers, so it doesn’t
need any music. It is moderately crowded and there isn’t much
noise around.
I would like to stay in this store forever admiring each flower.
There is no big cash counter or security involved.

Personnel:       There are only 2-3 sales people to help us as
per our need, mostly women,
communicating very kindly.

Products: The flowers are
arranged with perfect combination of
colors in layers, attracting the
customers. Old flowers may have
some discount.

Customers: Customers of all
kinds single or group who love beauty.
A Bookstore
Before I enter the store:
With its big sign board, neatly arranged
books and art items, it attracts me for
my knowledge and hobbies.

Environment: Spacious, with
beautiful lighting, silent and relaxed
reading atmosphere with light music.

Personnel: Very helping and smartly dressed. Both men and
women expertise in their own field to help customers.



Products: Books covering topics of the entire world, with
central display for latest products, stationeries for young and old
and art related products, not arranged by price but by category.



                              Customers:         Young, old and
                              families who are fond of knowledge,
                              arts and reading. People with
                              different hobbies.
A Painting shop
                                 Before I enter the store:
                                 Always attracted by the paintings
                                 displayed at the front , drawing my
                                 attention from stress of daily
                                 chores, increasing my interest in
                                 arts.

                                 Environment: The display of
paintings , properly lit with interior designed walls of different
colours , neatly arranged shop.

Personnel: Not much in number but trained , mostly men
and few women , some of the store personnel are artists ,always
attracted to get knowledge from them , not with uniforms,guiding
and encouraging with the latest products.

Products: Different colours,
textures, drawing boards, brushes ,
pencils ,erasers,diluters of different
brands of qualities arranged product
wise .

Customers: All artists and art
lovers , chances of meeting the art
celebrities, art students and school
art teachers and related public
Supermarket
                                Before I enter the store:
                                Everyday friend, for my food,
                                health and living. All products
                                under a single roof, arranged
                                categorically for ease of access.

                                Environment: Brightly lit
                            store with warm music, Not very
                            sweet smelling due to livestock,
Spacious, moderately crowded, A number of cash counters with
security.

Personnel: Well dressed in uniforms and accommodative
employees. Always brisk and active in arranging products and
helping people around

Products: All products that an
ordinary man consumes from
morning to night. Arranged in
sections for ease of collections.
Central display of latest and
seasonal products

Customers:        Everybody, men
or women, single or family visit at
least once a week for their everyday living.
