OUR SERVICES
1. We believe in H2H (Human 2 Human) business meetings at an event or
virtually. Through our tool, clients host business matchmaking events where
buyers and sellers sit within two feet of each other and carry out business.
Also, the platform allows hosts to execute virtual matchmaking events where
companies sit with ten thousand miles between them. The virtual component is
seamless and does not require hardware or software installation. It allows
users to share documents and communicate via video, text or voice.
2. We track the business pipeline results that emerge after the event, including:
 The number of follow-up
meetings that transpired
 How many partnerships were
created
 How many contracts were
awarded
 The dollar amount of each awarded
contract
 The number of jobs created due to
new partnerships or contracts
 In 2013 we developed a module to track matchmaking meetings and the results from
those meetings and selected three clients to track and resulted in over $300,000 in
contracts awarded through the My Business Matches Portal

PAST GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE
The Small Business Administration contracted MBM to assist in leading business
matchmakers. The American Supplier Initiative conducted events for 20 major cities
across the country.
Included in this project, an additional 25 SBA District Offices can utilize the matchmaking
services for their matchmaking needs.
The initiative resulted in:
 600 Buyers attending
 3000 Suppliers selected to meet with buyers
 6000 Conducted Meetings
 720 Follow Up meetings scheduled to occur
Veterans Administration contracted My Business Matches as a prime contractor for the
National Veterans Small Business Engagement.
MBM was contracted in organizing the event. Additionally, built a custom event
management system to utilize technology for all attendees. Attendees were able to build
their event schedule by:
 Scheduling 1:1 Meetings with PDM’s, PDMP’s, PMDC’s,
SES’, & SBC’s
 Add sessions to their calendar
 Participate & schedule in Roundtable discussions
 Schedule Receptions and Lunches
 3,600+ people attended the event making it the largest gathering of
Veteran Owned Small Businesses & over 5,000+ Meetings where
conducted
 My Business Matches was utilized again in the 2015 National Veterans Small
Business Engagement.
The Inter-Development Bank (IDB) has been a partner of MBM since 2010. Since then,
IDB has contracted MBM to conduct over 50 international events in efforts to bring Latin-
American & Caribbean companies together with Korean & Chinese companies to discuss
import and exporting opportunities. Some events include:
 Connect Americas
 Contracted to manage ALL matchmaking events & activities
for Latin America
 CHINA-LAC Business Summit
 2014 CHINA-LAC Summit in Changsha, Hunan (China)
resulted in over:
o 116 Buyers from 25 different countries
o 400+ Suppliers from 10 different countries
o Over 1100+ meetings
 Korea-LAC Business Summit
 2015 Korea LAC Summit resulted in:
o 151 Buyers from 25 different countries
o 340 Suppliers from over 6 different countries
o Over 1,800+ meetings
