• Conducted Stress Analysis using hand calculations and NX NASTRAN/FEMAP for a DVR mounting tray assembly for
UH-N1 USAF helicopter, and completed an approved Stress Analysis Report for the USAF. Completed Preliminary Stress
Analysis for 8 G crash loads on HH-60G transport lugs
• Utilized Solidworks 2016 to create a mechanicaldesign solutions for modification of the HH-60G position light system.

• Incorporated weight reduction enhancements through successful structural redesign of Boeing C130 roll on auxiliary flat fuel
storage tank.
• Resolved various leak problems in hydraulic system caused by high vibration loads by creating improved structural supports
and flexible hydraulic couplings, using SolidWorks, Cosmos, AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, and PDM.
• Identified structural deficiencies by completing hand stress calculations to determine hydraulic loads.
• Solved inadequate tank fill rates by completing hydraulic analysis and mandating test procedure changes .
