        Employers thinking about how they can do more with
        less in a more compliant but proactive way
        Employees getting the message(s) that they needed
        to be healthier and more productive
        Individuals taking steps to prepare themselves for
        their own financial futures by¹:
          – Building their own personal safety nets to protect their family’s
            future
          – Depending on the workplace for benefits and advice – even if
            employees have to fund most or all of the costs themselves

        The concept that one-size fit all benefits plans is a
        thing of the past is resonating for all parties
