An organization, or organisation (Commonwealth English; note spelling changes), is a one- or multi-person
body with a specific goal, such as a company, institution, or association.
What is organization ?
An organizational structure outlines how specific tasks are distributed to achieve a company's objectives. It
describes an employee's job, duties, authority, influence, interests, competency, and political capacities of
people who may operate inside the system.
