Part Seven: Late Submission
As usual, you are a well-organised person. Keep it up. Good work in this project. Stil there is a room for
improvement. Good efforts on modelling and sculpting part followed proper edge flow and created
appropriate normal maps. Texturing part could have been better. Especially need focus on adding details
like believable worn out textures and shaders need to match the environment. Need research like, what
type of prop it is ?. how old it might be?. How it will react to light etc. Nice work on lighting part. Managed
to get an overall feel of the environment which matches to proposed design idea.

Good to see different variations in your concept designs. Excellent work in orthographic views of your final character design. This type of
work helps during the modelling process. In your concept design, you could have focused on shape language and proportions to show them
more as realistic creatures.
Great work on you character modelling. You seem you got good command on sculpting part as you managed to show subtle details in this
sculpting process. Keep it up.
In the texturing process also, you performed well. Good to see nice details in your character texturing.
Very well done in the rigging process. Outliner and controls hierarchy could have been tidy. Watch out next time. In animation part, you
took feedback very well and managed to show good performance with your character animation.
Good efforts in photo integrations. Good work on shadow pass. You could have tweaked on lighting further to match with the background.
Overall great job. You are very good at time and file management. It helps oyu every where. Keep It up.

FEEDBACK:
Very good clear, confident delivery.
Overall, the presentation is really well put together, but a bit too much time was taken up by your showreel, it would have been better to
trim this down a bit for the presentation. You have not included your slides in the submission, but based on what was seen during the
presentation, they were simple, clear and well presented.
You’ve included a lot of notes and research in your submission but it would have been better to see you posting this in your journal.

Nice reflection Justin. It would have been good to see you elaborate more on how successful or unsuccessful you were with applying
techniques to your animation. Your video reference was ok and the first note that accompanied it is a good example reflecting on what you
were aiming for.
Overall, you did well and your animation is improving but try to decicate more time towards video recording.

Excellent work in orthographic views of your final character design. This type of work helps during the modelling process. In your concept design, you could have focused on shape language and proportions to show them more as realistic creatures. Great work on you character modelling. You seem you got good command on sculpting part as you managed to show subtle details in this sculpting process. Keep it up. In the texturing process also, you performed well. Good to see nice details in your character texturing. Very well done in the rigging process. Outliner and controls hierarchy could have been tidy. Watch out next time. In animation part, you took feedback very well and managed to show good performance with your character animation. Good efforts in photo integrations. Good work on shadow pass. You could have tweaked on lighting further to match with the background. Overall great job. You are very good at time and file management. It helps oyu every where. Keep It up.
