Justin Ringleman Recommendation Letter
To whom it may concern,
I had the pleasure of working with Justin for 2 years as a strategic partner during his role
at Spireon, an AVL solution that Verizon works with. I was quite dismayed and bewildered
when they let him go, but it appears they had a massive downsizing across the board.
As an Advanced Solutions Architect, it is my responsibility to discover my customers
technology gaps, both known and unknown, and recommend a solution. Oftentimes, Fleet
Management became a priority, and I was always confident with Justin being my goto guy.
In the GPS field, there are many, MANY players with very little differentiation of
capability in most cases. As we all know, a salesperson can make all the difference in the world
as to who the customer chooses as their provider. Justin was one of the few vendors I could
100% trust to properly vet the customer's needs, present the solution with emphasis on these
discoveries, and follow up to close the sale.
He is very quick on his feet and good at overcoming objections, while still maintaining
control of the presentation and not getting sidetracked. He is not a "yes man", and if the product
doesn't do a specific request, he will say so. The key to his success has been his follow up, and
I would love to have 10 of him on my team. One of the few reps I could "fire and forget" a lead
over to, knowing that he would keep me in the loop until the deal was closed, or lost (wasn't
many of those).
In short, you would be remiss to pass on giving Justin an opportunity with your company.
I have no qualms in putting my name behind his, and would be open to further discussion if you
deem it necessary.
Sincerely,
Lex Calder
