To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this Letter of Recommendation on the behalf of Justin Fleming.
Justin has completed both my Electric Circuit sequence and my Digital Electronics sequence over the
past two years. He is currently enrolled in my Digital Systems Design course and he is making solid
contributions to help his team complete complex projects on time.
Justin has exceptional work ethic and remarkable time management skills. In my conversations with
him, I have discovered that he works 40-50 hours per week, he is a father, commutes an hour each way
to college, and still maintains a B average in his technical courses at Oregon Tech.
He has an active interest in sharpening his technical skills and a strong desire to apply his talents to
projects that make a real difference. He is a methodical and tenacious problem solver with strong
determination to achieve his personal and professional goals.
On the personal side, one of Justin’s key traits is that he manages this rigorous schedule and yet
maintains an exceptionally positive attitude. He is a pleasure to have in my classes.
In conclusion, I would strongly recommend Justin Fleming for any direct electronics technician position
or engineering internship. He has the technical aptitude and work ethic to excel at work and the
maturity to complete his degree on time.
