 Experienced in writing reports, essays and delivering presentations due to my continual education.

Organisational and Time Management:
 Skills were developed and enriched by carrying out independent research during postgraduate dissertation and
undergraduate independent study, meeting deadlines and overall time management throughout university, part time
employment, social clubs and other commitments.
 Working under pressure from different companies have allowed me to develop efficient and effective ways to
prioritise my workload to meet the deadlines.
 At Hurco, during the middle and end of each month, I needed to gatherand analyse regional sales managers' reports
and deliver the results to the GM for approving their bonuses.
 Every Monday I had to collect, check and organise engineers service reports from the Technical department.
 I was never late publishing any reports even when the service/sales reports had to be published on the same day, and
I also finished my daily admin duties on time.
Team work and Leadership:
 Having group presentations in university and coordinating and collaborating with peersat big events, required me to
work as part of a team to complete tasks as well as on my own to finish my challenges.
 After 10 weeks intern at Guoqing Machinery, I was allocated full responsibility for organizing the company's annual
convention, I worked with the marketing team, I arranged and set up venues, booked and allocated major clients and
agents accommodation and transportation,organised evening business banquets all within a set budget. At the end of
the banquet, the manager praised our team work and my leadership skills.
Problem Solving and Initiative:
 I have often been put into situations where I have to use my initiative. Working within the import and export team in
Troy Ltd there were often problems with preparing the right import and export certificates, preparing and arranging
production inspections, and logistic support.
 At CIMES2014 (China International Machine Tool &Tools Exhibition 2014), I had to make an important
presentation for Hurco's CNC machines' WinMax operation system that was newly released. I was only given a
week’s notice and needed to learn and familiarize myself with the system in order to give a 15 minute presentation
during the exhibition in Beijing. The presentation was very successful and the CEO and clients praised me after the
banquet.
 I volunteered to assist in a Technical Service Department for a month after company restructuring with little to no
experience, whilst also undergoing my normal job’s daily duties.
 Procurement planning and material management has been a key skill that has been developed at Hurco and Tory, as
I assisted the GM in making orders that met the specified requirements needed for any given task. Each task/job
order requires careful attention to detail and also working out the correct quantity in the most cost effective way
possible.

 IT: Proficient with Microsoft Office including Visio, Project, Power point, Outlook and Access.
 Advanced level Excel training course (Solution in Aberdeen)
 Driving Licence with own car.
