Massa:

       8 bananas nanicas bem maduras
       3 ovos
       100g de margarina
       1/2 xícara (chá) de leite
1 e 1/2 colher (sobremesa) de canela em pó
       1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
       2 e 1/2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
       1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó

Para polvilhar:

       mistura de açúcar e canela a gosto

modo de preparo

Com um garfo amasse 5 bananas.Reserve. No liquidificador bata os ovos, a margarina,
o leite, a canela em pó e o açúcar. Transfira para uma tigela, misture a farinha de trigo, o
fermento e a banana reservada. Coloque em uma forma, untada e enfarinhada. Cubra
com o restante das bananas cortadas ao meio. Polvilhe açúcar com canela e asse no
forno pré aquecido a 200ºC durante aproximadamente 30 minutos ou até dourar.

Deixe esfriar e desenforme e bom apetite!
