This letter provides a strong recommendation for Julie-Anne Larose. The professor had Julie-Anne in two of her marketing courses at HEC Montréal from 2011 to 2013. Julie-Anne stood out as one of the top 2% of students for both the quality of her work and her maturity. For a class project, Julie-Anne led her group to conduct three times the required number of consumer interviews, resulting in a better understanding of the target consumer than other groups. Julie-Anne also demonstrated exceptional drive and professionalism by preparing an additional report of findings and recommendations for the client company, beyond what was required. The professor unreservedly endorses Julie-Anne for membership in any organization due to her leadership skills

At The Lumiere Group we work with many types of clients, in this slide we discuss our services for our student, parent, individual clients for College Planning, Career Planning, and more.
SkillsCamp is a soft skills training company. We are helping you retain and maintain engaged, effective employees through soft skill development.
Across all industries, employers and industry leaders are identifying soft skills like communication, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and leadership as critical skills for prospects and employees alike. Yet these core skills and several others take a backseat in the traditional education model. The result is students who become employees without the requisite abilities to excel in their careers. SkillsCamp teaches this “missing curriculum” to help people become more employable and more effective leaders and contributors.

To Whom it May Concern,
It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Julie-Anne
Larose. I had the pleasure of working with Julie-Anne in two of my courses at HEC
Montréal, Consumer Behavior and Marketing Management between 2011 and 2013.
Among my students Julie-Anne stood out in my courses for both the quality of her
work and her maturity. Not only is she a bright and insightful individual, but Julie-Anne is
much more focused and driven than the majority of students I meet; I would put her easily
in the top 2%. The classes I teach focus on the importance of understanding your customer
and creating a consistent brand image that that speaks to the underlying desires and
motivations of your key customers and applying these concepts to real companies. The
quality of work that Julie-Anne did, and her willingness to go the extra mile indicate that
she will be an asset to any organization that she joins.
A good example of Julie-Anne’s work ethic and ability to excel in a leadership role
is the project she did for my consumer behavior class. For this project, students are
required to complete several tasks including depth interviews of the target consumer. Julie-
Anne was the team leader for her group and, on her initiative, they conducted three times
the minimal requirement of interviews, and consequently had a much better understanding
of the target consumer than other groups. Furthermore, Julie-Anne’s group is the only
group that actually prepared a separate report of their findings and recommendations for
the “client” company chosen, again going beyond what was required for class and
demonstrating an exceptional level of drive and professionalism.
In addition to her drive and professionalism, Julie-Anne has also consistently
demonstrated excellent leadership skills, as evidenced by the multiple leadership roles she
has undertaken in organizations both on and off campus. Furthermore she has exceptional
communication skills, in several languages, and, and a personal note, is simply a pleasure
to work with. In short, I unreservedly endorse Julie-Anne Larose as a member of your
organization. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at
