1. Make a Guess..........
• Buatlah terlebih dahulu sketsa serta asumsi hasil yang akan didapat.
• Bandingkan sketsa dan asumsi dengan hasil dari simulasi software.
• Apabila berbeda, coba pelajari & cari tahu dimana letak input yang membuat berbeda.
• Pemodelan yang efektif adalah dengan membuat gambaran seperti apa hasil yang akan didapat.

2. Simplify Geometry
• Dalam pemodelan dibutuhkan geometri yang simpel untuk mempresentasikan kondisi lapangan.
• Kondisi stratigrafi yang kompleks dan batas litologi yang tidak simetri/iregular harus dibuat sederhana
dengan garis batas yang relatif lurus agar bisa mendapatkan solusi yang mudah dipahami.
• Kita membuat MODEL SIMULASI, bukan membuat kondisi aktual yang 100%.
• Memasukkan semua detail ke dalam model akan membuat model menjadi sangat kompleks dan
menyulitkan software serta user dalam interpretasi data

3. Start simple
• Mulailah dari hal yang sederhana, jangan langsung membuat detail yang kompleks.
• Mulailah membuat pemodelan sederhana jauh lebih efisien, kemudian baru bangun kompleksitas secara
bertahap (Step by step method).
4. Model only essential components & start with estimated material
properties
• Tidak perlu memasukkan semua unsur fisik di model.
• Modelkan komponen fisik yang memang mempengaruhi analisis.
• Pada tahap awal, cobalah gunakan nilai material dengan cara melakukan estimasi, kemudian jalankan
analisis untuk mengecek apakah komponen lainnya telah benar.
• Gunakan estimasi dari referensi yang sudah ada, karena terkadang nilai lab bisa saja tidak tepat, tergantung
dari cara sampel diambil dan dianalisis.

waktu. Sistem penyimpanan file Leapfrog dilakukan secara Auto.

• Fungsi clear scene digunakan untuk menutup semua file yang muncul di bagian scene. Tombol menu look digunakan untuk mengubah point of
view dari tampilan objek pada scene.

• Scene merupakan layer tampilan yang berada di sebelah kanan dari project tree yang berisi tampilan dari model 3D. Cara memunculkan objek di dalam scene adalah
dengan cara klik dan geser objek dari project tree.
• Ketika ada objek yang telah digeser ke dalam scene, maka keterangan objek tersebut akan muncul di scene list. Pada scene list, objek dapat dimunculkan, diberi warna,
dan keterangan lainnya.

Make a Guess.......... • Buatlah terlebih dahulu sketsa serta asumsi hasil yang akan didapat. • Bandingkan sketsa dan asumsi dengan hasil dari simulasi software. • Apabila berbeda, coba pelajari & cari tahu dimana letak input yang membuat berbeda. • Pemodelan yang efektif adalah dengan membuat gambaran seperti apa hasil yang akan didapat.

Simplify Geometry • Dalam pemodelan dibutuhkan geometri yang simpel untuk mempresentasikan kondisi lapangan. • Kondisi stratigrafi yang kompleks dan batas litologi yang tidak simetri/iregular harus dibuat sederhana dengan garis batas yang relatif lurus agar bisa mendapatkan solusi yang mudah dipahami. • Kita membuat MODEL SIMULASI, bukan membuat kondisi aktual yang 100%. • Memasukkan semua detail ke dalam model akan membuat model menjadi sangat kompleks dan menyulitkan software serta user dalam interpretasi data

Start simple • Mulailah dari hal yang sederhana, jangan langsung membuat detail yang kompleks. • Mulailah membuat pemodelan sederhana jauh lebih efisien, kemudian baru bangun kompleksitas secara bertahap (Step by step method). 4. Model only essential components & start with estimated material properties • Tidak perlu memasukkan semua unsur fisik di model. • Modelkan komponen fisik yang memang mempengaruhi analisis. • Pada tahap awal, cobalah gunakan nilai material dengan cara melakukan estimasi, kemudian jalankan analisis untuk mengecek apakah komponen lainnya telah benar. • Gunakan estimasi dari referensi yang sudah ada, karena terkadang nilai lab bisa saja tidak tepat, tergantung dari cara sampel diambil dan dianalisis.

Cara memunculkan objek di dalam scene adalah dengan cara klik dan geser objek dari project tree. • Ketika ada objek yang telah digeser ke dalam scene, maka keterangan objek tersebut akan muncul di scene list. Pada scene list, objek dapat dimunculkan, diberi warna, dan keterangan lainnya.
