This document discusses designing businesses to embrace failure as a way to learn and continuously improve. It argues that companies should focus on making failures recoverable and use failures as opportunities to gain insights through blameless postmortems, rather than trying to prevent failures altogether. Well-designed systems allow components to continually adapt and rearrange through failures in order to learn and represent the triumph of complexity over complicatedness.
