A new HD UI will launch beginning Q4 2011 and potentially continue rolling out nation wide through Q1 2012. We would like to develop an email
campaign (2-3 emails) that will help prepare customers for the new UI as well as mitigate call volume into our customer care call centers by

Feature: New Look/Poster Art Benefit: Layout is easier to navigate and the new poster configurations makes it so easy to locate the content and movies I want to watch.

Feature: HD Resolution Benefit: the interface is crisper and easier to read making the overall experience better and more premium.
Feature: Recommendations/Search and Discovery engine Benefit: the experience of search and discovery is so much easier and enjoyable now that there are new icons that are intuitive and straight forward. I always have
something to watch and the content is relevant to my viewing preferences.
Clearly explain why the new UI is only appearing in HD receivers (it is a benefit of our HD hardware) since some of our customers will have mixed UI experience (approx. 5.7M households will have a mixed UI; mixed UI meaning
some of their TVs will stay with the current UI while their TVs connected to an HD/HRx receiver will have the new UI).
Overall we have to capture why a current customer's life is going to be better because of this new guide.
