To whom it may concern:
I have known Juan C. Sanchez for several months while he worked at my restaurant as
Restaurant Manager in Gitto's Italian and pizzeria.
I have always been impressed by both Juan's attitude and performance with regards to his
work; it is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation. His interpersonal and
communication skills have allowed him to develop good working relationships with both
our guest and his colleagues.
Juan is very capable and has been able to compile, complete and create new accounts
easily. Juan’s ability to adapt and learn quickly is unparalleled, a very smart young man.
He has obtained the knowledge and experience necessary to highly exceed all his
management duties and I highly endorse him for any restaurant position.
Juan also has strong writing and verbal skills, which have made all his correspondence of
a high quality. Juan is a problem solver and has helped us on many occasions to find the
correct solutions in the shortest periods of time making him an ideal employee!
Juan is organized and hard working. He is a great supervisor who is respected by his
coworkers (seniors and juniors). His customer service skills are superb and have been as
dedicated to the happiness of our customers as he has been to our bottom line. They were
sad to see him leave, as was I. I am, however, excited at the opportunity to recommend
him for any restaurant position. He clearly has his goals and strived everyday to achieve.
