andmy store(Smart& Final401Hayward)thispastSun/IVIon.I can'tbelievetheamountof hoursyour
crewputin to ensurethatthehoniblesituationwith mybrandnewfloor wasrectified.I wasespecially
impressedwith JoshuaPuz.Hereis aguywhoflew in onamomentsnoticeandwithin 30minutesof
beingatmy storehadassessedthesitrationsocompletelythatheendeduppickingupamop(in his
businessattire!!!)andstartedhelpingoutwiththefloorhimself!Amazing!!!I havemanagedoverl0
Smart& FinalsandhavebeenanAssistantDlWTemporaryDistrictManager.andin my careerI have
very rarelycomeacrosssuchaprofessionalLEADER asJoshua.I can'tsayenoughaboutit! I mean,
within 30minuteshehasthecompleterespectof theentirefloor crew(andweknowhowtoughthatcan
be)andwasdirecting,praisingandmotivatingthemto suchadegreethattheyworked13+hoursthe
first dayand20+hoursthenextdayjust to getthejob donein orderto accommodateourtimeline.
Well,I couldgoonandonaboutwhatI thinkof yourpeopleandcompanybutI thinkyougetthepoint.
I havealreadyexpressedmy opinionof yourcompanyandjob youdidto my DistrictManager,JohnDe
Rosa,theMerchandisingManager,BlakeThomasonandthevice Presidentof
Merchandising/Construction,DanReams.I amalsogoingto "pitch"yourservicesto myDistrict
Managertomorrow.Thisis solelyasaresultof therelationshipI havebuilt with Joshua(overlessthan
l0 hoursof interactionwith him) andtheamountof timeanddedicationyourcrewhadto completing
thejob weneededdonein thetimewehadallowed.Theseguysneedto berewarded.Ididmybestwith
