• Supervised/managed parking enforcement personnel responsible for the efficient and effect parking
enforcement for over 10,000 parking spaces to include three garages and 23 surface parking lots.
• Developed and produced manpower allocation, productivity efficiency reviews and disciplinary matrix
throughout this reporting period that are in review or has already been implemented and has proven to
have added value to the enforcement team.
• Provide guidance and continual development of training tools by paying close attention to performance
trends which helps maintain peak proficiency in patroller performances and assists with developing
training needs associated with writing and issuing accurate citations.
• Assist the Parking Services Coordinator with developing and maintaining a comprehensive
enforcement patroller On-the-Job Training records. This process enhances the overall development of a
viable training and evaluation program.
• Developed a customer satisfaction training program through a series of training initiatives which
focused on improving quality enforcement procedures, customer interaction, and the issuance of high
quality enforcement citations.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the enforcement operations to include scheduling, employee
development, safety and conflict management initiatives.
• Manages supplies and equipment for all enforcement to include cart and vehicle maintenance,
supplies, handheld citation units, uniforms, and budget development.
• Supervises six to eight Enforcement Patrollers during the evening shift. Responsible for the
operational guidance during after-hours as the only on-duty supervisor in charge of Parking Services.
• Supervisor in-charge of developing and implementation of parking enforcement annual and continual
training programs.
• Review/correct employee timesheets before submitting them to the Parking Services Operations
Manager
• Interview potential new employees and collaborate with other interviewers to determine who the best
candidates are
• Plan and disseminate assignments to the Parking Patrollers for parking lot space count data collection
and analysis
• Coordinate with the Events Coordinator and Events Parking Services Technician to close off spaces
and/or lots for event parking, and schedule additional manpower on an as needed basis
• Secure all Parking Services facilities and equipment at the end of all daily operations
