This is to certify that Matilda Hodgkinson (DOB 15/01/1998) was employed in 2013 as a promotions
worker for the 5-star Karma Kandara Resort (Bali) and also the newly upgraded Rottnest Lodge
(Perth), both of which are owned by the Karma Royal Group.
The Karma Royal group now operates 21 resorts worldwide with a further 4 currently under
development. The group's flagship resort is Karma Kandara (Bali) which has won two prestigious

Matilda worked at various expos in Perth, including 7 days at the Royal Show Silver Pavillion; 2 days
at West live expo at Perth Convention Centre; and 2 days at a Wine Expo ('Unwined') held in
Subiaco.
Despite her relatively young age, Matilda displays a sense of maturity when communicating to
potential clients and her friendly disposition works well at expo events. She also displays
responsibility in meeting I exceeding targets and working according to procedures.
