4. Order entry by you or your customer
It is not easy to maintain a good flow or orders during your
daily business. The entry of the goods is something that
costs time (and therefore money), also the changes are that
mistakes are being made. You can enter the orders yourself,
or even better, you can let your customer enter the orders for
you!
Especially for this, LogisticPlanet made the OrderEntry tool. The

In the backoffice of the screen we provide you with tables with can

5. All information on 1 screen
The customers get a simple screen with all their orders. Just like the screen in airport
terminals which display the flights. The order last changed stands at the top.
Butt don't think it is a simple screen, there is a lot of options in the backoffice;

EDI
Do you have mass amount of orders, than
EDI (Electronic Data interchange) is you
solution. EDI is an electronic transfer
method of standard data formats. This can
be used between transporters,
wholesalers and customers. The great
benefit of EDI is that you can align all the
procedures and the margin of error is low.
The benefit of our system is that we share
all the data in the whole chain, in the way
the chain desires. This means we can
change an EDI into a text message. The
answer by text message we can change
back again into EDI.
In short, we inform the chain in the way
your partners desire.
6. All information of the dossier on 1 document
A customer, a planner, of anybody with the right credentials can
have insights in the dossier. A dossier contains more than just a
loading and unloading address with a couple of good lines. The
customer wants more information, insight and a customer wants
to know what’s up.

8. Multi-user graphic planmodule.
LogisticPlanner is a graphic tool which can be used to plan
your dossiers. The planner makes his or hers own screen
division. You can also use multiple screens.
A special feature about own planner is that it is 100& in the cloud, via
the internet. This means you can also share (parts) of your planning
with;
•Depots
•Transporters
•Customers
Because we refresh in real-time basis, the planner is always up to
date with all the dossiers, even the new dossiers. But always see
what his or her collegeas has done.
Each planner can make his or her own division about the data. This
way everybody can see their preferred data. A bulkplanner needs
differente data then an expeditor or a pallet planner. It is also
possible to plan your charters, external material and hired material.
We, obviously, can accommodate multi depot planning. This means
you can share a dossier over multiple trips, depots and days. This
means you have 1 dossier for you customers, but multiple dossier
for your planning
The use of mobile phones are an obvious big benefit. This means
you can control the trip while it's being done, and see the progress.

11. Real Time.
Do you use a SatNav or a mobile
phone, then you can easily track
your trip and adjust when needed.
This can be done in the Track&Trace
screen. You can see the status of each
dossier. Is the ETA later than
expected? Then it becomes “red”, we
only indicated. This means the planner
can rearrange the trip if needed of
update the customers.
In release 1.3 we have some special
functions in the planner. This release
gives ALL our user the following
functions;
•Icon becomes beige if not planned
•Icon becomes blue if planned
•Icon becomes green if delivered

12. Send you trips to your phone
We offer you a hardware independent platform for your mobile
communication. The use of a phone can be greatly beneficial for
transporters an expeditors. Information is key in 2020.
You can make the choice for a mobile phone when a SatNav is too expensive,
when you use charters or when you want to be flexibel.
A mobile phone is capable in a lot of ways;
•Receiving trip status
•Transferring trip status
•Transferring dossier status
•Receiving signatures
•Making photo’s of damages etc.
•Making scans of bar-codes
•Navigate
The most of the above functions are standard on modern mobile phones. Next
to that, we have a lot of applications in our library. The disadvantages of a
mobile phone is the we can’t connect with the CAN-bus. Also some cheaper
models are not robust for most drivers.
We can help you with making the correct choice.
COMMUNICATION

LP Trans is not just a TMS, we inform the whole chain.
With our GEO-server we can calculate the ETA of all your shipments. You can let
the end-user know the correct ETA of your driver. We can also do this using

14. The relation database
The administrative heart of LP Trans is being
formed by the relation database.
This means you have one central point with all the
relation details you want and for you to few. You
don’t have to go through many sub menu’s. Also
stored in 1 place, so data is easily accessibel.
In the relation we have debtors and creditor. This
means a relation can be both. You can also store
the rates of both in this relation.
RELATIONS
15. Automatic tariffs
The tariff structure of LP Trans is defined by the wide amount of possibilities. A important part of the tariff structure are the standard tariffs, once made, you can give those tariffs to
multiple relations. This means you have one tariff for multiple relations and is easily adjustable.
Tariffs can be made with geographical grouping, such as countries and postcode regions, or based on goods data such as goods codes of type of dossiers. You can also you tariffs for making
additional costs, for example administrative costs, warehouse costs etc. You can make debtor and/of creditor tariffs.
All tariffs are boxed and are make with an expiration date. At the end of the year you can also change all your tariffs with a certain amount or percentages. If you make these tariffs in the correct way,
you can automatize more than 80% of your dossiers.

16. Transport and expeditor
invoicing
The invoice module of LP Trans
helps you print and/or email your
invoices and attachments. You can
control, per debtor, if he or she
receives the invoice per dossier/
trip/date/country etc.
We make the invoice in a PDF format.
This means everybody can receive
those and you don’t need to print them
and send them by post. You can email
the invoice via LP Trans to your
relation.
You can have several different invoice
layouts which you can use for different
customers. You can adjust the layout
the way you want.

Transport invoicing
The invoice module of LP Trans helps you
print and/or email your invoices and
attachments.
We make the invoice in a PDF format. This

which you can use for different customers.

19. PURCHASE ADMINISTRATION
The purchase
administration
In LP Trans it is possible to post
purchase invoice. This can be purchase
invoices about charters for you
transport or non transport related
invoices.
When you enter your dossier into LP
Trans, you can add the price of your
charter onto the dossier. This especially
when it is a special price. This way you
have administrated the price into your
administration. Once to charter invoice
arrives you can check it with your
administration. If it is the same, you can
accept it and we can put it through into
the accountant software you are using.
We can also calculate the price based on
the dossier and or trip information.
20. FLEET MANAGEMENT
Fleet Management
The module Fleet Management helps you
administer all data related to your fleet. Such as
load factor, chassisnumbers, purchase data etc.
21. Management information
We view data in quantitive and quality. We let you view all
your information we know. This means you are in control.
This means you can see per department the amount of
dossiers, weight, volume etc. You can also see invoice
amounts, on department level and on period level.
Tripcosts are divided based on driven
kilometers and hours and transposed over the
dossier in that trip.
Tripcosts with external parties, such as
charters, can also being transposed based on
kilometers of hours, but also on contract based
tariffs with your charters.
Proceeds of a dossier are transposed based on a fixed
percentage or a tariff structure of pre- and posttrajects.
When all is calculated you can see the margins, proceeds
etc. per department, but also per debtor and/of creditor.
This way you get a proper insight into where you make
money, where you lose money and make your company
better for the future.
