combinedeffortsof ourfifteenplants,we have experiencedourbestyearyet.Due to the diligence that
youhave all shownin the past twelve months,we expectthe comingyeartobe evenbetter.
Withrespectto the comingyear,we require eachof you to write anannual reportbefore the date of
July 30. Thisreportwill coverthe highlightsof the lastfiscal yearfromJuly1through June 30. The report
shouldinclude brief summarystatements—aboutone paragraph each—thatcoverthese areas:
Organization planning Quality performance
Production and schedulingperformance Communityrelations
Personnel management Costs of operations
Health and safety Product development
aside fromthese specificareas,if anyof you know otherareasthat shouldbe covered,please feelfree
to add themintothe report. We alwaysappreciate valuable information, andwe trustourplant
managersto knowwhatis important.
Thisyear,we want thisannual reportto reflectthe opinionsof individualplantmanagers.We wanteach
of youto tell us aboutissues andconcernsyoumay have for the comingyear from yourspecificplants.
To that end, we are askingthatyou alsoinclude adetailedreportthatcoversthe followingpoints:
