Assistant Manager Outside Services (Cart Bay Coordinator & Assistant Caddy Master) & Caddy
Managed 3-5 individuals and supervised daily maintenance of carts and well-being of members’
belongings. Coordinated daily caddy assignments and managed all aspects of accounting for caddy
payouts of just under $1million in cash each season. Responsible or assigning tee times for anywhere
between 40-100 loops on a given day, and assuring assigned caddies show up to given tee times in a
timely manner. Served as an ambassador of the country club and developed ongoing relationships with
club members, as well as frequent guests. Dealt with professionals of all industries, and learned an
exorbitant amount about professional relationships. Judgment of character, or needs, and also when
to be involved and when not to be involved were also part of my experiences. Also, responsible for
knowledge of all facets of the game of golf including rules and etiquette on the course. Began as a “B”
caddie and progressed through the the caddie ranks to “A” caddie, “Captain” and “Honor”, in four
short years.
