Jonathan Buksbaum has recently joined the Cresa New York office as a
Vice President. In this role, he focuses on delivering exceptional service
and value-add results to his clients for their changing office space
requirements. He specializes in representing tenants, not landlords,
across a wide variety of industries including technology, media, non-
profits, law firms, and financial services.
In addition to new business development and account management, Mr.
Buksbaum specializes in comprehensive real estate strategies including
lease negotiations, financial analysis, market research, as well as
acquisition and disposition services.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Cresa, Mr. Buksbaum gained industry experience at
Cassidy Turley and Massey Knakal (now both rebranded as Cushman &
Wakefield). Specializing in tenant representation, he worked with clients
on lease negotiation, renewals, space acquisition and disposition in the
New York City market. Utilizing his background in psychology, Jonathan
has strategized with clients to negotiate the best possible deal terms.
He has distinguished himself with exceptional client service,
comprehensive market analysis and precise attention to detail.
