The Barangay and SK polls are expected to be more intense
than the national elections, since the people involved are
from within the same family or of the same locality.
So, monitoring is more thorough. That is why the COMELEC
is working more closely with the Philippine National Police
(PNP)and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) not only
for us, Comelec, not only for the electorate but for the
safety and security of our stakeholders, one of them is

3. One of COMELEC’s and DepEd’s goals in every
conduct of elections is “to enhance the voting
experience” of every voter.
To ensure the orderly flow of voters in the voting
centers and polling precincts, also promotes the
efficiency of voting services and election security.
The success of elections is largely a reflection of
what happens at the polling centers. It is where the
votes are being cast by eligible citizens. What follows
thereafter is the collation process leading to the
declaration of results!
