Network Operations Centre (NOC) provide a watchful eye in
the sky to ensure your IT systems and infrastructure remain

the event that performance thresholds are breached, ITEC
NOC agents will contact your IT teams and on-call
engineers to alert them to the incident and, if service
affecting, to quickly identify the location of the cause in
order to minimize resolution time.

ITEC's monitoring service includes regular reporting and
trend analysis to help you identify the typical usage and
performance over time. By comparing historic monitoring
data with current snapshots, ITEC technical specialists can
identify usage and performance trends which may require
the attention of local IT teams to mitigate against future
problems through controlled and planned changes. As part
of ITEC's proactive monitoring solution, our technical
specialists will perform regular reporting and will host a
technical workshop session by teleconference with your IT
teams in order to highlight potential issues & trends and to
fully explain the statistical and analytical contents of the
