1. Operations
 Covered the Senior Operations Manager position for a year which included
decision making and establishment of the Operations department, while assuming
own position.
 Aligned the KBB Operations to ConocoPhillip’s Operations Excellence for
Introductory of Hydrocarbon.
 Recruited the Operations and Maintenance teams – 100 staff, both local
employees as well as expatriates which included 2 Offshore Installation Managers
(OIM), 10 mentors and 20 senior technicians.
 Instrumental in the design & set-up of the Operations Office in Kota Kinabalu
(KK), Sabah, Malaysia.
 Lead the setting up of the Training Centre in Operations Office, KK which
included the design and installation of the Emergency Response Suite.
 Support the Lead, Integrated Operations (IO) Planning to deliver a fully
integrated plan with Operations input for the long-term view to make the
Operations Office, KK fully operational.
 Lead the introduction and the setting up of the Training Simulator - installed at
the fabrication yard and later transferred to the Operations Office, KK.
 Lead the Training & Competency Programme which included the setting up of
Personal Portfolios, Competency Assessment and 93 e-learning modules.
