Hands-on Environment Management professional with Java development background. Over
10 years International Financial Services and Payment Services experience most recently
implementing and supporting Digital Wallets and mobile P2P payment systems. Previously
Treasury and Fixed Income IT with trading floor experience and a knowledge of RFQ and
pricing to various ECNs. A proven ability to organize a global team proficiently and work with

Professional Experience
Oct 2014 – August 2016 Senior Support Engineer
MasterCard Ireland
• Member of the Digital Payments technology team responsible for the successful delivery
of MasterPass, MasterCard’s NFC enabled Digital Wallet
• Supported the rollout of MasterCard Send used in P2P payments such as Google Wallet,
Samsung & Android Pay, Western Union as well as Disbursements (Uber)
• Investigated all issues within the “Four Party Model” reaching out where necessary to
Card Issuers, Acquirers, external vendors (Cardinal, FIS, STAR, Pulse, Google) and
internal teams for all Authorization, Clearing and Settlement issues
• Provided second level support to the global Merchant Services team for any merchant
on-boarding, 3-D Secure and integration issues
• Took ownership of any production incidents, raising alerts, providing regular
communication through to incident resolution and follow up documentation
• Managed releases end-to-end from release documentation review, release scheduling
through to implementation and successful testing or rollback

• Member of the team responsible for the Lloyds FX pricing and trading system which
delivered RFQ and live streaming pricing to clients on 360T, Currenex and FXAll
• The externally hosted system used Reuters and EBS price feeds and FIX protocol
messaging over the BT Radianz network for high volume/low latency price delivery
• Managed the FX pricing tool for International Payments on Lloyds and Halifax Digital
Banking platforms as well as Money Market Loans and Deposits applications
• Took full ownership of production incident management using ITSM, providing clear
communication to application stakeholders and senior management
• Worked closely with Lloyds front office, Risk IT, trade settlement, Operations and IT
management to resolve day-to-day issues

• Developed and supported a Data Warehousing system containing Bond Analytics for
Fund Managers, Risk and Client Reporting
• The Java batch processes, running on Linux boxes, loaded daily feeds from LehmanLive,
Bloomberg, internal systems and Citibank YieldBook into a Sybase database
• Managed day-to-day data issues from the trading floor and followed up with external data
vendors and other teams within the bank
• Crated ad-hoc reports using Perl scripts and Sybase stored procedures
