INTERESTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Transport: Own my own car and have 4 years no claims.
Travel: Extensively throughout Florida and Australia on my own.
Brewing I brew my own Ales and Lagers at home. This requires me to make the working area, containers
and other essential equipment sterile. It also requires me to monitor batches during fermentation
e.g. use of hydrometer to measure declining sugar content and recording temperatures.
Sport I am currently hurling on the Windgap junior team and play indoor soccer.
Volunteering I have done volunteer work for the 2015 electric picnic and ran the Solas Centre 10 mile charity
run in 1 hour 23 minutes.
