Teampany is an innovative communication agency that is revolutionising the way
businesses promote their products and services across borders. It was created by the
Experimental Center, an incubator for new ideas, based in Brussels, Belgium.
	 OUR MISSION
Teampany’s mission is to make it easy for businesses to increase the reach and scope of
their products and services whether at local or international level. Thanks to our multinatio-
nal reach and teamwork-based approach, we have the capacity to serve a wide range of
customers and products. Our focus is on new businesses and startups that often struggle
to break onto the public’s radar. We deliver immediately tangible results through creative,
outside-the-box thinking, use of technology and our unique multinational collaborative fra-
mework.
	 OUR VISION
Teampany is establishing itself in all European capitals, major cities and university towns
and will have the capacity to promote its clients’ products seamlessly across borders.
Plans for overseas expansion into the Americas and Asia are also in the works.

Teampany values new ideas and innovation. It is dedicated to helping new businesses
and start-ups promote their products and helping the public to understand their concepts,
regardless of how much they differ from the mainstream. Teamwork and collaboration form
the backbone of our agency and we consistently share ideas and experiences.

As a unique and innovative company with widespread reach, Teampany has created
a system that serves its unique requirements. For consistency’s sake, all Teampany colla-
borators must speak the same language and share a similar approach in how they take on
tasks.
	 WHAT IS OUR OPERATIVE MODEL?
Teampany is organised as a collaborative framework. Every member of our team has equal
responsibilities and the same decision-making power. Our management model follows
some rules that, though well-defined, are not immutable. As a company that defends inno-
vation, we must remain adaptable.
We will have teams located in 150 cities all around Europe and will cover 50 cities world-
wide. These teams will work simultaneously on promoting projects, offering wide geogra-
phical coverage and enabling greater targets to be reached. We will be able to offer our
clients excellent coverage in Europe and abroad thanks to our international teams. For
example, a German client thinking of reaching the Russian market will achieve his wishes
much more easily than he thought possible thanks to Teampany.
Teampany’s members can exchange their experiences and take advantage of advice from
their counterparts abroad. Moreover, local teams can use work done in another country to
anchor their credibility when pitching to a client. By showing what Teampany has already
done in the same area in another city, we can prove our ability to promote a new client’s
product. Communication between cities will be fluid and consistent.

WHERE IS TEAMPANY’S OFFICES LOCATED?
Teampany’s international workforce will be unattached to any specific place. Collaborators
in other cities will work from home and gather in places of their team’s choosing. Never-
theless, we are planning to develop a co-working space in every city in which our agency
will be active. Co-working is a model that create great synergy and emphasize creativity. It
also facilitates networking with other professionals since those place will be open works-
paces shared with people outside Teampany.
	 WHAT ARE OUR SELECTION CRITERIA?
We are looking for “freelance” collaborators, since our international platform makes it diffi-
cult to conform to differing national laws. Freelance status is simple and makes manage-
ment smoother. Team members will share similar backgrounds: Communication, Manage-
ment or Marketing. With similar competencies, we will know what to expect of one another.
In order to communicate with colleagues from all over Europe, English is required as a
common language.
	 HOW TEAMPANY IS ORGANISED?
First, the structure of our agency is organised in three kinds of teams:
Team A comprises the regular full-time collaborators.
Team B designates the people with a specialisation or expertise in a subject that we can
solicit for a specific mission. Students and interns can also be included in this team to assist
in case of a lack of staff.

Team C is the reserve of candidates. We cannot work with them because the team is full
but they can replace a member if necessary.
Secondly, It is important to note that our model of collaborative framework occurs on two
aspects of our activities. The first one focus on clients services as we have mentioned it
before but the other one focus on internal support for all team members of Teampany.
This second fuction dispatche services accessible to all members from every city. Everyone
can refer to these services to get some insights, information, formation, remarks and sug-
gestions to the appropriate services.
Those support services are organized in 5 branches:
 
HOME: this section informs members and future members about Teampany’s activities
PROJECTS: this section will catalogue and detail a matching between projects and colla-
borators in order to optimize internal and external operative framework. This service takes
into account timetable, abilities, affinity and requests from members.
BUDGET: this service is in charge of the budget’s management by project and according
to every collaborator.
TRAINING: this service shall make available a wide range of free formations and trainings.
SUPPORT: this service provide assistance and answer to our members. It will be fill by all
our team throughout time.

Workplace flexibility is about when, where and how people work. It is in our opinion
an essential part of creating an effective organisation. Flexible working means our teams
can work the way that is best for them and our business. This aspect is very important
for us and we consider it a priority to ensure all our collaborators can adapt their work to
their needs with relative ease. This flexibility will also allow us to face any kind of novel and
challenging circumstance and consolidate our growth strategy. Teampany offers the two
key elements needed to enable flexible working: optimised technology and healthy work
culture.
	 HOW DO WE WORK?
Here at Teampany we believe great things can only be achieved by working in a free envi-
ronment, with maximum autonomy and room for initiative. This is why Teampany forgoes
the more common hierarchal system in favor of a collaborative way of working and an
intuitive co-working environment. We want to make sure that all our team members enjoy
a genuine freedom of action and take their own decisions about their work. Our goal is to
provide a work environment in which everyone can develop their career objectives without
sacrificing their personal life.
	 WHEN DO WE WORK?
Teampany offers flexible hours and encourages autonomous time-management. We be-
lieve that taking advantage of a flexible schedule enhances our engagement and commit-
ment to the job. This innovative and unsupervised method moves towards a single aim: to
grow our careers and improve work efficiency and effectiveness while taking into account
increasingly complex lives and family engagements.

WHERE DO WE WORK?
Teampany believes that with today’s communication technology and the right tools you
can literally work anywhere and not be confined to an office. This is why at first Teampany’s
international force work will be unattached to any specific place. Nevertheless, we are plan-
ning to develop a co-working space in every city in which our agency will be active.
	 WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN TERM OF INCOME?
One of the main characteristics of Teampany is that all its members are freelancers or self-
employed. Besides flexibility and freedom, one of the benefits to working as a freelancer is
the absence of a cap on earnings as opposed to an employee. Teampany will pay on per-
project basis and use a point-based rating system that will gauge the experience and work
of the collaborator to provide an income that matches the beneficiary’s profile.

Teampany provides communication services to small-scale innovators. Our focus is not
big corporations. Above all we want to help small enterprises to grow, gain visibility and
become well-known. We work with both startups and individuals to promote their new
products and services.»
	 WHO ARE TEAMPANY’S CLIENTS?
- Inside Projects : acquired from the Experimental Center
The Experimental Center has three goals: education, research and innovation. The Center
is set to launch various new products and innovative projects. The Experimental Center will
promote these projects through Teampany’s communication and outreach expertise. In the
majority of cases, the projects stemming from the Experimental Center will be launched
on a pilot basis and will allow the agency to rapidly gain experience in a variety of fields.
Teampany will be able to use its experience with these projects when speaking to potential
clients.
- Outside Projects: acquired from spontaneous clients
Teampany will also offer its communication expertise and large network to new clients.
We will be looking for startups, new products or innovative projects and offer to help them
with their communication strategy. Every member of Teampany must keep an eye out for
opportunity and everyone can suggest new clients to the Team.

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES FOR THE COMING YEAR?
Our ambition is to reach 150 cities in Europe with an operational unit in each by 2014. In
the short-term we aim to ensure strong geographic coverage in Europe, followed by major
cities around the world. Within the next year, our client distribution should be 50/50 for local
and international projects. We expect to have promoted more than one hundred projects
in Europe and beyond.

For consistency’s sake, all Teampany colla- borators must speak the same language and share a similar approach in how they take on tasks. WHAT IS OUR OPERATIVE MODEL? Teampany is organised as a collaborative framework. Every member of our team has equal responsibilities and the same decision-making power. Our management model follows some rules that, though well-defined, are not immutable. As a company that defends inno- vation, we must remain adaptable. We will have teams located in 150 cities all around Europe and will cover 50 cities world- wide. These teams will work simultaneously on promoting projects, offering wide geogra- phical coverage and enabling greater targets to be reached. We will be able to offer our clients excellent coverage in Europe and abroad thanks to our international teams. For example, a German client thinking of reaching the Russian market will achieve his wishes much more easily than he thought possible thanks to Teampany. Teampany’s members can exchange their experiences and take advantage of advice from their counterparts abroad. Moreover, local teams can use work done in another country to anchor their credibility when pitching to a client. By showing what Teampany has already done in the same area in another city, we can prove our ability to promote a new client’s product. Communication between cities will be fluid and consistent. II.   • 5. WHERE IS TEAMPANY’S OFFICES LOCATED? Teampany’s international workforce will be unattached to any specific place. Collaborators in other cities will work from home and gather in places of their team’s choosing. Never- theless, we are planning to develop a co-working space in every city in which our agency will be active. Co-working is a model that create great synergy and emphasize creativity. It also facilitates networking with other professionals since those place will be open works- paces shared with people outside Teampany. WHAT ARE OUR SELECTION CRITERIA? We are looking for “freelance” collaborators, since our international platform makes it diffi- cult to conform to differing national laws. Freelance status is simple and makes manage- ment smoother. Team members will share similar backgrounds: Communication, Manage- ment or Marketing. With similar competencies, we will know what to expect of one another. In order to communicate with colleagues from all over Europe, English is required as a common language. HOW TEAMPANY IS ORGANISED? First, the structure of our agency is organised in three kinds of teams: Team A comprises the regular full-time collaborators. Team B designates the people with a specialisation or expertise in a subject that we can solicit for a specific mission. Students and interns can also be included in this team to assist in case of a lack of staff. II.   • 6. Team C is the reserve of candidates. We cannot work with them because the team is full but they can replace a member if necessary. Secondly, It is important to note that our model of collaborative framework occurs on two aspects of our activities. The first one focus on clients services as we have mentioned it before but the other one focus on internal support for all team members of Teampany. This second fuction dispatche services accessible to all members from every city. Everyone can refer to these services to get some insights, information, formation, remarks and sug- gestions to the appropriate services. Those support services are organized in 5 branches:   HOME: this section informs members and future members about Teampany’s activities PROJECTS: this section will catalogue and detail a matching between projects and colla- borators in order to optimize internal and external operative framework. This service takes into account timetable, abilities, affinity and requests from members. BUDGET: this service is in charge of the budget’s management by project and according to every collaborator. TRAINING: this service shall make available a wide range of free formations and trainings. SUPPORT: this service provide assistance and answer to our members. This is why at first Teampany’s international force work will be unattached to any specific place. Nevertheless, we are plan- ning to develop a co-working space in every city in which our agency will be active. WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN TERM OF INCOME? One of the main characteristics of Teampany is that all its members are freelancers or self- employed. Besides flexibility and freedom, one of the benefits to working as a freelancer is the absence of a cap on earnings as opposed to an employee. Teampany will pay on per- project basis and use a point-based rating system that will gauge the experience and work of the collaborator to provide an income that matches the beneficiary’s profile. Above all we want to help small enterprises to grow, gain visibility and become well-known. We work with both startups and individuals to promote their new products and services.» WHO ARE TEAMPANY’S CLIENTS? - Inside Projects : acquired from the Experimental Center The Experimental Center has three goals: education, research and innovation. The Center is set to launch various new products and innovative projects. The Experimental Center will promote these projects through Teampany’s communication and outreach expertise. In the majority of cases, the projects stemming from the Experimental Center will be launched on a pilot basis and will allow the agency to rapidly gain experience in a variety of fields. Teampany will be able to use its experience with these projects when speaking to potential clients. - Outside Projects: acquired from spontaneous clients Teampany will also offer its communication expertise and large network to new clients. We will be looking for startups, new products or innovative projects and offer to help them with their communication strategy.   • 10. WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES FOR THE COMING YEAR? Our ambition is to reach 150 cities in Europe with an operational unit in each by 2014. In the short-term we aim to ensure strong geographic coverage in Europe, followed by major cities around the world. Within the next year, our client distribution should be 50/50 for local and international projects. We expect to have promoted more than one hundred projects in Europe and beyond. V.
