2. Introduction

4. Real Estate
■ The Real estate and property development sector is the core
business of the Fairway Group. They are responsible for some of
Sri Lanka’s most iconic developments built to superior standards
with a blend of various architectural styles. These developments
are made in such a way that ensures the preservation of their
natural surroundings. The group has several ongoing projects,
most of which are set to contribute to the skyline of Colombo.

5. Trading
■ Given the fact that interior design has a major influence on all
types of living spaces, Fairway Holdings (Pvt) Ltd has ventured
into the trading and manufacturing industry. The group went onto
invest in a fully owned and independently managed subsidiary by
the name of Centrepoint. Their intention is to create distinctive
living spaces that reflects the taste and preference of each
individual.

6. Aviation
■ Seeking to cater to the growing demand for aviation facilities in Sri
Lanka, Fairway Holdings entered this field with the intention of
strengthening the link between the island’s domestic aviation and
tourism. Private domestic aviation in the country is now on its way
to reaching a level which can cater to the requirements of the
rapidly increasing tourism industry.
