Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Upon admission,Sovereign’s expert clinicians conduct thorough assessments of each
patient to diagnosis any secondary conditions.The Dual Diagnosis Program seeks to
treat all co-occurring mental health disorders and addictions concurrently for the best
opportunity of a full recovery and reduced risk of relapse.
Mental Health Treatment
Sovereign provides a safe and controlled environment that allows patients in our
Mental Health Program to work through their disorders and learn skills to lead a
healthy life again.Our biopsychosocial approach to mental health treatment includes
group and individualized psychotherapy,cognitive behavioral therapy and
pharmacogenetic testing. We also offer experiential activities such as equine therapy,
yoga,meditation and art therapy.

Sovereign Health Group has multiple male and female adult evidence-based
Addiction,Dual Diagnosis,and Mental Health treatment locations in the
United States offering gender separate and specific programs. In addition,
Sovereign offers an all women adult treatment program with a specialization
in trauma.
Adolescents
Sovereign Health Group offers gender separate and specific adolescent
residential treatment programs for ages 12-17. The adolescent program
offers evidence based treatment programming for substance abuse,
co-occurring and mental health conditions. Additionally,a therapeutic
boarding school for males providing academic aid,discipline and behavioral
skills vital for a proactive transition into adulthood.
Families
Sovereign Health offers an Intensive Family Program to provide support and
treatment to the entire family system. The program is educational and
therapeutic offering information on setting healthy boundaries,family
support groups,and living as a family in recovery.
