Our requirements
- Highly scalable
- Easy tech (MVP)
- Less competition in India
- Disruptive
- B2C or B2B ( Not fixed ) - So we researched Forthcoming trends
- Read hundreds of Articles
- Did SWOT analysis of Potential ideas

7. How a team should be?
Visionaries keep their eyes on
the prize and are always looking
to capitalize on even the
smallest of opportunities.
While hustlers can see and
understand the bigger picture,
instead they focus on the
smaller scale of things.
From the get-go, the
hacker should be able to
conceptualize what the
design of the product
should be like—what
people should expect
and why it’s amazing.

8. Working on Product/Website
In our case, Product development was
different from any other startup.
We knew that we are applying a
solution that is an emerging practice
and new to the market, so there was a
learning curve.
We didn't know to go B2C or B2B or
both B2B and B2C, only way to know is
test it.
So we created our business model and
build MVP to see its

- weakness
- its global reach

9. How a product should be built?
You clearly don't know what customers
want.
Involve customers to test out
application and suggest changes as
needed.
Now, it's our job to finalize whether to
accept the customer's demand or not.
Sometimes customer is also wrong.
Use agile methodology, to release
features one by one.
- Work with customers to improve
products and develop better UX for the
customer.
You need an MVP ( Minimum Viable
Product) to prove business concept.

11. Defining Customers/Users
Customer Discovery
So we decided to target the IT sector only
Visited 109 IT companies in Nagpur with the following questions:
- What problems do they face?
- Any problem in HR Management ?
- What is the employee underutilization rate ? / How many bench at a
given period ?
- Do they ever face need to have temporary extra resource to help in
project? If yes then, how frequently?
- What are they doing to solve these problems?
12. Result of Interviews
66% of IT Companies face Employee Underutilsation
So we validated Supply and Demand gap in IT Sector.
New Insights:
- Companies were concerned about employee poaching so we redesigned our
workflow to prevent that.
- Companies agreed to give a trial on how our solution can solve their problems.
54% of IT Companies requires need of extra temp support

14. IIIT Hyderabad Incubation
— We submitted our pitch deck to many gov runned startup incubation
centres
--- IIIT H responded on our pitch deck and offered incubation.
--- Incubation provided us:
6 months guidance
Dedicated mentor, Ajay Jain - Angel Investor
AWS credits and some SaaS platforms access.

16. Who is Jey ?
— Dr. Jey Subburaj is Executive Director at Vista Consulting Group
--- Ex Global HR Head at Finastra and Honeywell.
--- Invested in 18 startups across USA, UK, Israel and India.
We didn't want Investment at that time.
Being in B2B, we needed to have connections with corporates.
So we onboarded Jey as Non-Executive Director of our Company.
17. Our learnings from Incubation
— During Incubation, We onboarded 12 Companies to test our
application.
-- Without any paid marketing we got these clients.
-- We learned about shares and stock options in a startup.
-- Validating our idea and improving on tech
-- We found out that Secondment is a new practice for Indian
companies.
Needs high efforts in India. USA and Europe are a great market for us.

20. Acceleration program
— We wanted to explore the USA and European markets.
-- So we applied to NewChip Accelerator ( USA ) and Startup Wise Guys ( Europe )
to learn about their market.
-- Got selected in both of them.
-- Had a meeting with their mentors to understand how our model will work and
possible challenges.
-- During this program, we met a lot of founders and grew our international network.
-- We improved our pitch deck and pitch weekly and took feedback from our
peers.
-- Pitched at Demo day but were not selected in full acceleration program due to
lack in industry experience and small team.
21. Our focus now ..
— We are expanding our team.
-- Hiring experienced tech lead and new CEO for the company.
-- Focus on getting paid customers.
-- Improving our platform

- GWFM is a network of 1000+ MNCs that helps their clients
in Workforce Management.
22. My learnings as Std. Entreprenuer
— Don't tell your startup idea to Professors.
-- It's not easy. You are riding a roller coaster.
-- For learning purposes start now. If u think ur idea is something that will not work
in the future if u don't start now then do it now.
-- Don't be afraid to share your idea, but don't share 'secret sauce'.
-- Don't underestimate your capability.
-- Wealth is of two types, Money wealth and Network wealth. Start growing your
network wealth.
