• Coached 17,000 recruits and 3,000 Marines in water survival.
• Directed and supervised the training and development of new Marines. Constructed a strong team orientated
environment to accomplish this mission successfully in a high stress environment.
• Supervised as a platoon sergeant and maintenance chief during overseas deployment in Operation Iraqi
Freedom. This required movements carrying heavy loads by hand through all terrains on foot while working
outdoors in extreme weather conditions. Constructing work locations while ensuring the safety of 100+
employees and remaining calm during moments of high stress.
• Worked with Crew members while attending Northwest Lineman College to encourage strong work ethic
leading my crew into usable abilities within the trade (e.g. Single Cross Arm construction,Double Arm
construction,Equal Potential Zone Grounding both vertical and horizontal, dead-end insulator change out,and
transmission structure work) on the first attempt.
