Who We Are
WorldWide, founded in 1999, is a full service logistics provider
managing third-party projects, full truckload and less than truckload
(LTL) shipments.
WorldWide provides and manages Transportation Management
Systems (TMS) for shippers across multiple modes. Worldwide entered
the logistics arena specializing in open deck freight management and
has expanded into the management of Van and LTL movements. In
addition to providing total supply chain logistics for our customers,
WorldWide manages shipper defined segments of their transportation
from total freight management , single plant support, specific lane
coverage, and customized technology.

The WorldWide business model has
partnered with a large group of carriers
who provide competitive, high quality
capacity for projects managed by
WorldWide. This approach has allowed
us to attract and retain carriers of all
sizes to provide critical support for our
projects. We recognize our success
requires partners carriers of all fleet sizes and capabilities.
All carriers in the WorldWide system must pass the following qualification requirements:
• Satisfactory Department of Transportation (DOT) Rating
• CSA Scoring at or above the Governmental Requirements
• Valid Insurance Coverage
• Signed Motor Carrier Agreement
All carriers are periodically reviewed based on performance including; On Time Pickup,
On Time Delivery, Claims and CSA scores.
WorldWide subscribes to several services that provide monitoring of any change in
Carrier CSA scoring and DOT rating.
WorldWide clearly understands that to be successful in this market, carrier development
is essential Several years ago, our strategic plan identified this as key to our future
success. We have fulfilled this initiative by employing highly competent Carrier
Development Managers whose focus is to seek out, develop and nurture carriers for
WorldWide’s shippers.
Our ability to build strong relationships with carriers has been essential to our growth. We
concentrate on developing a core group of carriers who can provide significant delivery
capacity on a daily basis. Core carriers are stratified by 3 segments:
• Smaller carriers are those operating less than 100 trucks and are critical to specific
plants, overall projects and lengths of haul. We have developed strong ties to multiple
carriers in this category. They are used daily to support projects.
• Mid-Sized carriers, who operate between 101 and 500 trucks, are also essential. We
have ongoing relationships across the country with numerous carriers to help serve
our growing needs.
• Since we are non-asset based, we work with 95% of the large national carriers in a
multitude of projects and customers.
• The WorldWide On Time Pickup of 98.7% and On Time Delivery of 99.2% are best in
class.

offering tailored customer metrics and a focus on continuous quality improvement in a
cloud environment, or SAAS.
The WorldNet platform is based on designing, building and obtaining the Information
Technology that can be applied to solving any problem in the supply chain. This includes
analytical tools, Routing, Freight Payment and KPI’s.
