working for McLeod YMCA in April of 2015 with both the membership department and
fitness department. As the executive director, I have seen Jessica in action with our
members and staff working to build strong positive relationships with individuals. This is
one of our main objectives within the YMCA.
Jessica’s talents were always evident in her performance. She displayed strong work
ethic and ability to successfully perform the many tasks and projects that she was asked
to undertake. She consistently completed tasks assigned by leadership on time and
without errors. In short, she was a model member of our YMCA team.
Her performance at work proves that she is fully capable of fulfilling any position in your
organization. Her excellent interaction with others has been affirmed repeatedly by our
members.
